Received a phone call from a customer today in Salisbury North saying that they have no TV reception and have done all that they can, but still no picture. Got to the customers house and up on the roof and tested the signal and it was not performing in spec and needed to be replaced.
1 antenna changeover later with new cable and replacing the connectors into the splitter and both TV's in the house had perfect picture. Problem solved.

Just because your antenna might "look" like its in good condition (like this one did from the ground), does not mean its "in" good condition.
